Starting their career as a backing band for David Allan Coe, Confederate Railroad quickly rose to fame with their self-titled debut album under Atlantic Records. Throughout the 1990s, they released a series of successful albums and over twenty singles that graced the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. Despite a few lineup changes, the band's spirit and energy remain unshaken, with the current ensemble featuring Rusty Hendrix on lead guitar and Cody McCarver on keyboards.
